Do Your Vials Ever Get Tossed on The Floor?

MicroLiter’s 76-Series Vials

for Agilent Autosamplers

have a modified neck finish

that assists in a consistent,

repeatable seating of the

gripper against the bottom of

the cap. We believe that the

current neck design allows

for the arm to stop before the

gripper is fully seated. The

inconsistency of where the

vial hangs allows it to rock

once the arm begins the vial

transfer. The vial can become

tilted at an angle that makes it impossible for the arm to place

the vial, thus tossing it on the floor and causing an autosampler

error and subsequent downtime. When the 76-Series Vial cap

is properly applied, the autosampler transports the vial in a

vertical position that assists in returning the vial to any position

on the autosampler.

The Industry’s Most Versatile Autosampler Vial

This vial product line offers excellent performance on almost

all autosamplers. Even though the 9mm vial was designed

for Agilent 76-Series Auto Injectors, it has quickly gained

acceptance throughout the industry.

Add to that our Class 10,000 Clean Room Packaging and

you have a product that exceeds most OEM requirements

for an autosampler vial! Cleaner vials offer users improved

performance by eliminating almost all particulates. 9mm Screw

Thread Vials perform equal to 11mm Crimp Top Vials with the

convenience and accessibility of screw thread vials. With a cap

and special threads that match the shape of the 11mm crimp

seal design, samplers that transport the vials using this crimp

seal / neck configuration have new options.

MicroLiter’s vials meet strict tolerances set for these vials

to offer fluid performance on these instruments. Even septa

specifications are more clearly defined to allow you to make a

decision using the knowledge of the exact specification of the

product you have purchased. No other vial supplier offers the

chemist this much information.

Use 96-Well Extraction and Filtration Plates

Then Transfer to 12 x 32mm Vials

If you are considering, or are using, 96 well extraction or

filtration plates, elute your final sample into our
