More Than Just a Particulate-Free Package
MicroLiter understands that you must have truly clean vials
without particulates to maintain sample integrity. To simply
package the vials in a nice thermoformed pack doesn’t
necessarily mean the vials are free of particulates. MicroLiter
doesn’t assume any vial is clean when it enters our facility. We
take the extra step of cleaning our vials, then sealing them in a
Class 10,000 Clean Room atmosphere at no extra charge.

Check out the unbelievable prices we offer on
inserts. Everything from inserts with plastic
springs, to pulled-point economy grade
and inserts with flat bottoms. MicroLiter’s
glass inserts have been sized to the inside
diameter of the vial neck, forcing the insert to stay vertical in the
vial and offer the maximum opening of any insert on the market.
Our pulled-point inserts are more consistent performers than
inserts with springs because blunt-point syringe needles
sometimes seal against the bottom of the insert and fail to
withdraw a sample. These pulled-point inserts are manufactured
so that the needle will never seal against the insert. For samples
that have even slightly larger volumes than the injection volume
there is no need to incur the extra expense of an insert with a
spring. If you only have the injection volume in the insert, use
the 11-0000-100 mandrel point insert with plastic spring.
